Choose your race design and submit your runner details.

2.We proof it.
Within 2 business days we send a digital preview with your name, bib, time, pace and placement laid out. Nothing prints until you approve it.

3.You approve the preview.
Production only begins after your confirmation.

4.We make it.
Your route map, medal holder and personalised board are produced over 7–14 working days.

5.Packed and shipped to you
Your finished frame is carefully packed and sent with tracking.

Each Layerfolk display combines a shadow box frame, cream backing board, personalised printed details, and a layered 3D route map printed in PLA filament.

PLA allows us to create the raised route, city textures, and landmark details with a clean, lightweight finish suited for indoor display.

For best care, keep your frame indoors and away from direct sunlight, moisture, and high heat. Wipe the exterior gently with a soft dry cloth. Avoid using water, alcohol, or harsh cleaning products on the 3D map, backing board, or printed details.

• Slight variation in colour and finish is normal and part of a printed, hand-finished process.
• The route map is a stylised representation of the course, designed for display — not a survey-accurate map.
• The finisher medal is not included. The holder is built to display your own original race medal.

Each Layerfolk frame is made to order and carefully prepared before shipping.

Processing time
Please allow 7–14 working days for production, as every piece is customised with your selected race, name, bib number, finish time, pace, and placement.

Delivery within Malaysia
Shipping usually takes 2–5 working days after your order is completed and packed.

Packaging
Your frame will be securely packed with protective materials to reduce movement during delivery. As this is a display piece with raised 3D details, we take extra care when preparing it for shipment.

Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be shared with you.

Important note
Please make sure all personalised details are correct before placing your order. As each frame is custom-made, we are unable to accept changes once production has started.

Do I need to upload anything?
No. We already prepare the route map based on the selected race. You only need to provide your runner details at checkout.

Can I check the design before production?
Yes. We’ll send you a design preview for approval before production begins.

Is the medal included?
No. The finisher medal is not included. The medal display option is made for you to place your own original race medal inside the frame.

Can I change my runner details after ordering?
Yes, as long as production has not started. Please check your design preview carefully before approving.

How long does it take to receive my order?
Each frame is made to order. Production usually takes 7–14 working days, followed by delivery time.
