Welcome to Layerfolk. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to the following terms.
Layerfolk creates personalised 3D race route displays based on selected race designs and customer-provided personalisation details.
Please ensure that all personalisation details submitted during checkout are accurate, including runner name, bib number, finish time, pace, overall place, race year, and any special requests. We will prepare a layout preview before production where applicable, and production will only begin after the layout is confirmed.
As each display is personalised and made to order, confirmed orders may not be cancelled, returned, or refunded once production has started, unless the item is defective or we have made an error.
The finisher medal is not included with the display. The medal section is designed for customers to place their own original race medal into the frame.
Custom race requests are subject to review. We may decline a custom request if the route information is incomplete, unsuitable for modelling, or outside our production capability.
Product images shown on our website are for reference. As each display is made to order, slight variations in colour, texture, material finish, map details, or layout may occur.
Production and delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on order volume, customisation requirements, courier service, and destination.
All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit unless stated otherwise. Payment must be completed before order processing begins.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery details are accurate. Layerfolk is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
You may not reproduce, copy, resell, or commercially use Layerfolk designs, product images, website content, or branding without written permission.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our website after updates means you accept the revised terms.
