Can I customise the runner name?

Yes. Each Layerfolk display can be personalised with the runner’s name.

Can I add my bib number?

Yes. You can include your bib number as part of the display design.

Can I include my race duration time?

Yes. Duration time can be added to the personalisation details.

Is the medal included?

No. The finisher medal is not included. The medal display option is made for you to place your own original race medal inside the frame.

What is included in the display layout?

Each Layerfolk race display includes a 3D route map, medal display section, runner name, bib number, finish time, and race year in one complete framed layout.

The medal itself is not included. The medal section is designed for you to place your own original finisher medal.

Can you make displays for other races?

Yes, we accept custom race requests. Please send us the race name, city, year, and route information. We’ll review whether we can create it.

Do I get to check the design before production?

Yes, for personalised or custom orders, we will provide a layout preview before production so you can check the spelling, bib number, finish time, and overall arrangement.

How long does production take?

Production time may vary depending on order volume and customisation. Estimated timing will be shown before checkout or confirmed after your order is placed.

Can I buy this as a gift?

Yes. Layerfolk displays are suitable as gifts for marathon finishers, runners, partners, family members, and coaches.

Can I change my details after ordering?

Please contact us as soon as possible. Changes may only be possible before production begins.

What details do I need to provide?

Please prepare the runner name, bib number, finish time, race year, and medal display preference. For custom race requests, please also provide the race name, city, and route map if available.

Are all displays made to order?

Yes. Each Layerfolk display is made based on the selected race and personalisation details.
